Synchronised Optimisation & Metabolic Analytics
Know your body completely.
The first wearable ecosystem built entirely for female endurance athletes. Continuous hormone monitoring. Cycle-synced training intelligence. One device.
The Problem
Every wearable device was designed on male physiological data. Female hormonal fluctuations are treated as confounding noise instead of signals to be understood and used.
Three biomarker categories (hormonal, metabolic, and physiological) all interpreted through your cycle phase to give you training intelligence that has never existed before.
Hormonal: Sweat Biosensing
Metabolic: Sweat Biosensing
Physiological: Sensor Array

Who It's For
SOMA is for the people who have been told their body is a variable to work around, not a signal to listen to. If any of this sounds familiar, you are exactly who we built this for.
You train hard, follow the plan, and still get blindsided by weeks where your body will not cooperate. SOMA gives you the hormonal data to understand why, and to train with it instead of against it.
Hormonal shifts affect joint stability and recovery in ways most training plans never account for. SOMA surfaces that risk before it becomes an injury, not after.
Guesswork and symptom logs are not a training system. The Coach Portal gives you real biomarker data across your whole roster, so you can adjust load with evidence instead of assumptions.
Most performance wearables were built on male physiology and adapted later, if at all. SOMA was designed around female biology from the very first sensor.
Why Now
Investor appetite for female health technology is at an all-time high. The capital is ready. The market is ready. The technology is approaching readiness.
Garmin, Whoop, and Oura acknowledge cycle tracking as a gap. Nobody has built a system designed entirely around female biology. The category is completely open.
Published peer-reviewed research demonstrates continuous hormone detection through sweat biosensing. The science exists. The window to build SOMA is now.
Female participation in endurance sport has grown dramatically. The user base SOMA serves is expanding rapidly and actively looking for what SOMA will build.
FAQ
SOMA measures oestradiol, progesterone, and cortisol directly from sweat. It does not infer your cycle phase from calendar dates or symptoms you log by hand. That direct measurement is the whole point of the device.
Those tools work from predicted cycle phase or self reported symptoms. SOMA reads your actual hormone levels through the skin, alongside HRV and skin temperature, so the training guidance is based on what your body is doing right now rather than what a calendar says it should be doing.
Sweat based hormone biosensing has peer reviewed research behind it, and SOMA's own research programme includes a pre registered systematic review of the accuracy of sweat oestradiol and progesterone detection. We are building on real evidence, not marketing claims.
SOMA is currently in the building process. Research is our first priority, and we are working closely with a cohort of female athletes to get the science right before anything goes to market. Join the waitlist below and you will be the first to know as things progress.
Yes. The Coach Portal is being built alongside the watch itself, not added on later. It gives coaches biomarker level visibility across their athletes so training decisions can be based on data rather than guesswork.
All female athletes deserve training built around their own biology, not borrowed from research on men. That belief is at the core of everything we are building.
We are building the watch female athletes have always deserved. One device. Every biomarker. All interpreted through your hormonal cycle. Be first to know when it launches.
